Student Management Enrollments Tab

Students > Student Management > Enrollments

  1. School - notice the enrolled school

  2. Year - notice the Academic Year

  3. Calendar - notice the Academic Calendar Type

  4. Grade - notice the enrolled Grade Level

  5. Homeroom - notice the Homeroom

  6. Start Date - notice the enrollment start date

  7. Drop Date - notice the enrollment end date

  8. Primary - click to sort by Primary status

  9. Pencil - click to edit enrollment details. See Step 11 for details. Note: Changes may be overridden by the student import.

  10. < > - click to scroll through pages

  11. (+) New Enrollment - click to add a new enrollment. Note: Adding enrollment manually is not recommended as enrollment information comes from the SIS.

    1. Year - select Academic Year

    2. School - select school

    3. Calendar - select the Academic Calendar

    4. Grade - select Grade. Note: The grade level must be available at the selected School

    5. Start Date - select the enrollment start date. Note: The start date must be within the dates of the selected Academic Calendar.

    6. Drop Date - select the enrollment end date. Note: The end date must be within the dates of the selected Academic Calendar.

    7. Homeroom - select homeroom. Note: The homeroom must be available at the selected School.

    8. Primary Enrollment - check to indicate primary enrollment. If unchecked, this will be considered the student's secondary enrollment if there is more than one enrollment in the same date range.
      Note: There must be a primary enrollment for a date range in order for the student to be included in reporting.

    9. Out of District - check to designate the student as Out of District. (Functionality is being investigated.)

    10. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving changes

    11. Save - click to save changes
